Radius called to Make the Difference: Go Beyond Excellence in their Sales Kick Off at Midori Hotel in Clark, Pampanga last February 6-7, 2020.
Apart from the whole Sales team, the Radius Management team headed by our President and CEO, Mr. Exequiel “Quiel” Delgado, and the various support groups were also present to give full support to the Sales.
This year’s battlecry was for everyone to go beyond settling for mediocrity, and make the difference amongst their colleagues and contemporaries by going beyond excellence. Sales are encouraged to level up their game and strive hard to achieve beyond the conventional ways of measuring them - the targets. They need to be transformed to be forward-looking individuals, aiming to achieve beyond the numbers, selling Radius’ new and unique services to existing and new markets, penetrating new locations and winning the game.
Sir Quiel shared his direction for the team in his opening remarks, with renewed passion, dedication and zest for Radius –

Related to the direction, Mr. Voltaire Van Gerard “Beng” Manahan, VP and Head of Sales and Commercial Group shared his team’s goal, “this year, we will be selling to right market, offering the right products, with the right people.” Anchored in this ‘magic formula’ is the sales team’s key strategies for the year.
With all the right armors, Radius will live to its goal in igniting innovation across all its steakholders. All the teams present are enjoined to encourage and support the Sales to not only achieve, but surpass its year-end targets, going beyond excellence.
